How much do you charge?
Because we don't employ agents or roadies, we handle every aspect of what we do. As a result, we think you'll be pleasantly surprised by our prices and personal service. Just drop us a line via the contact page or give us a call for a quotation.
How long do you play for?
We'll play a non-stop 2 hour party show and pride ourselves in being a truly 'live' band, in that we don't use backing tracks of any kind. We sing and play everything you'll hear, something of a rarity in the current wedding entertainment market. Ultimately our objective is to get the dance floor busy and keep it that way, we just want you to have a great night.
Can we request what songs to play?
Yes of course, please do let us know what your favorites are and we'll include them in the set. We try not to plan our shows too much as we really do like to be reactive to what's happening on the night. We believe the most important thing to get right at a wedding is to make all your guests, regardless of age, feel included in the party. So we like to mix things up as much as possible to keep the dance floor filled. And we won't expose your guests to silly volume levels, it's important to us to see that people can still have a chat while we're playing.
Do you interact with the the audience?
We love to enjoy the craic with your guests and sometimes people can need a little gentle encouragement to get up on the dance floor. We don't play party games or anything quite like that, but we do always try and get some fun going throughout the night.
Can you organize our DJ?
Yes we can arrange your DJ if required. We've used the same professional DJ for ten years. We'll also guarantee a totally seamless and instant transition from Band to Disco. We think it is important to state that the guy we use is not one of the band moonlighting as a DJ, which is commonplace. He cares just as much as we do about catering for your specific requirements and will be very flexible on the night. He'll play a three hour set and has first rate sound equipment and lighting. Also feel free to send us a playlist in advance, he'll be more than happy to work from it although we'll always make a point of introducing you to him on the night.
How far do you travel?
We're happy to travel anywhere, of course there may be an additional charge depending on how far away the venue is. Please let us know, we'll be glad to provide a quotation for you.
Where can I see the band?
Since the vast majority of our work is at weddings and private functions we can always arrange it for you to see the band at a wedding or function. If you'd like us to get you on the viewing list, please let us know. In the meantime why not check out our video?
Can I make a provisional booking?
We get asked all the time however provisional bookings are just about impossible to manage from our end. It is normal that we'll have multiple enquiries for any given date, so we think the fairest way is to only hold a date once a deposit is paid. We require a £200 deposit to secure any booking. This is a non-refundable deposit.
